2. Check whether the connection of the operating handle, switch, knob, fixture mechanism, and hydraulic piston is in the correct position, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the safety device is complete and reliable.
3. Check if there are any obstacles within the effective operating range of each axis of the machine tool.
4. It is strictly prohibited to use machine tools beyond their performance limits. Select the appropriate cutting speed and feed rate based on the material of the workpiece.
When loading and unloading heavy workpieces, it is necessary to select appropriate lifting equipment and hoisting methods based on the weight and shape of the workpiece.
6. When the spindle rotates or moves, it is strictly prohibited to touch the spindle and the tools installed at the end of the spindle with your hands.
When replacing cutting tools, the machine must be stopped first and confirmed before replacement. When replacing, attention should be paid to the damage to the blade.
8. It is prohibited to step on the guide rail surface and paint surface of the equipment or place objects on them. It is strictly prohibited to strike or straighten workpieces on the workbench.
9. After inputting the machining program into the new workpiece, it is necessary to check the correctness of the program and simulate whether the running program is correct. Automatic cyclic operation is not allowed without testing to prevent machine tool failure.
When using a flat rotary radial tool holder for individual cutting, the boring bar should be returned to zero first, and then switched to the flat rotary disc mode with M43 in MDA mode. If the U-axis needs to be moved, it must be ensured that the U-axis manual clamping device has been released.
When rotating the worktable (B-axis) during work, it should be ensured that it does not touch other parts of the machine tool or other objects around the machine tool during rotation.
12. When the machine tool is running, it is forbidden to touch the rotating screw shaft, light rod, spindle, and flat rotary disc, and the operator must not stay on the moving parts of the machine tool.
13. During the operation of the machine tool, the operator is not allowed to leave the work post without authorization or have someone supervise it.
14. If any abnormal phenomena or noises occur during the operation of the machine tool, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and dealt with in a timely manner.
When the spindle box and worktable of the machine tool are at or near the limit of motion, the operator shall not enter the following areas:
(1) Between the bottom of the spindle box and the bed body;
(2) Between boring axis and work;
(3) When the boring shaft extends, it is between the bed or the worktable;
(4) Between the worktable and the spindle box during movement;
(5) When the boring shaft rotates, between the rear tailpipe and the wall or fuel tank;
(6) Between the workbench and the front main pillar;
(7) Other areas that may cause compression;
16. When shutting down the machine tool, the worktable should be moved back to the middle position, the boring bar should be retracted, and then the operating system should be exited before cutting off the power.
